A card is selected.  The spectator locks the deck with his card inside the deck.  The card vanishes from the locked deck and appears whereever the magician chooses.

Close's Clones.   Michael Close's comical tale of science and cloning begins with nine cards, each blank on both sides.  A tenth card has the face of a clown. The clown card is placed in the blank pack and instantly a clown is clowned.  The cloning process gets out of control.  The spectator starts turning over blank cards and clowns are all over them.  The audience then looks up to see a big red clown nose has appeared on your face.  Complete with cards, wallet and clown nose.

Fanning powder

Three cards are chosen from the deck and replaced.  Sit the deck flat on your palm and slowly the deck starts to cut itself until a card can be seen protruding from the deck.  It is one of the chosen cards.  Repeat to find the other two cards.
