Three wooden chips are shown. Each chip has a Grand Illusions logo on one side and one of three different shapes on the other side, a shamrock, a butterfly or a heart.
The audience is asked to mentally select one of the three different shapes and to turn that chip over, logo side up. Then, to make it more difficult for the performer, the audience is asked to turn over the other two chips AND switch their places at the same time. To make it even more difficult for the magician the chips are then mixed face down on the table. Then, despite the overwhelming challenge, the magician is able to tell the audience what symbol they have been secretly thinking of.
